Every Spring a contest is held to create eggs. Winning eggs become a permanent part of the game as furniture items. The eggs are only available for purchase for the year in which they were chosen. Some eggs are non-purchasable and are only given out by Ocean Masters in tournaments and other events. Eggs are designed by creating a “flat” design which is then used by a 3D modeling program and wrapped around an egg shape to create the final egg. The flat must accommodate the warping that takes place when the egg is rendered from the flat drawing, which can be challenging. These are my winning designs.
